Our headquarters and European warehouse are located on the sunny island in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea – Limassol, Cyprus.

Our North American wholesale distribution center is based in the green & clean city of Huntington Woods, Michigan – USA.

ORDERING

For online orders, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Dicover, American Express) and PayPal. Payment by bank transfer is available for custom or wholesale orders.

Of course. If you would like to cancel or modify an order before dispatch, please contact us.

Absolutely! We can do custom orders for various products featured in our shop that make for excellent corporate gifts and giveaways. For further information please contact us.

Absolutely. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods as long as the item is in the original packaging, has not been used, no seals have been broken, and have enclosed a copy of your original invoice. All approved claims are credited back the total product amount to the original method of payment.
 
We issue refunds for orders placed on our website only. If you purchased your product from a retail store or website other than www.eko-nest.com, please request your refund from your original place of purchase.  
 
If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please let us know so we can correct it for you. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned was an error of EkoNest.

SHIPPING

We don’t use any plastic when packaging orders. Instead we use paper and a small amount of tape only when necessary.

All EU orders are shipped from our warehouse in Limassol, Cyprus. US orders will soon be shipped from our warehouse in Huntington Woods, MI.

We provide our customers based in the Republic of Cyprus with 1-2 days delivery.

All other EU countries will receive their order from 8-10 days.

Orders outside of Europe will receive their order from 14 – 16

PRODUCTS

Absolutely. EkoNest products are made to meet strict FDA standards, health, safety, and fair labor laws. We source all of the materials used for the production of our products ourselves to ensure you’re getting quality products that are made ethically and responsibly. We have a wonderful relationship with our manufacturing partners and suppliers and make sure that they adhere to the respective government laws.

Absolutely. We ensure that all of our suppliers implement eco-friendly manufacturing processes – from the use of energy, conserving water, and waste management. 

Additionally, a strict product principle is implemented in the production process to be as environmentally friendly as possible to align with our core values. Each product we feature must have at least two of the three following criteria:

  1. Be compostable or biodegradable
  2. Contain no toxins or harmful ingredients
  3. Made from recycled or recyclable materials

We don’t package any of our products in conventional plastic and we import our stock in full containers as often as possible to avoid unnecessary packaging and keep our CO2 emissions as small as possible.

Yes. We regularly implement testing through third-party accredited laboratories to meet global regulatory requirements and assure that our products meet and exceed high-bar FDA standards.

Our products are designed in Cyprus and responsibly made in Cyprus, USA, Vietnam, and China.
